Sažetak disertacije "Imunološki aspekti epilepsija" nije dostupan.
Abstract (english)
Humoral and cell-mediated immunities bave been studied in 86 patients: 35 witb primary generalized epilepsy, 18 witb partial ones and 33 witb only one seizure. Immunological tests bave been applied during interictal pbase of deseaze to the patients with monotberapy or polyterapy. In tbe group of patients with primary generalized epilepsies, 30% bave sbowed tbe reduction in IgG immunoglobuline and 10% in IgA in monotberapy. The patients in polytherapy showed more discreet reduction. The value of... More IgM immunoglobuline was increased with all epileptic patients. The fraction of serum complement were in the limits of normal values independent of tbe form of seizure and the therapy. The same referred to B-lympbocytes. 3,7% of studied patients witb primary generalized epilepsies and in tbe therapy with bydantoins had antinuclear antibodies witbout symptoms of autoimmune deseases. The values of active lympbocytes were on the lower limit of psybiological variations regardles to the reduction of total T Lympbocytes was noticed in primary generalized epilepsies treated by polytherapy and in partial ones treated by monotherapy.
